Planning basis

Allocate and Remain are displayed separately and added together for Q4 planned demand, as confirmed for this first version. They do not represent actual burn.

Master Project List is the active source. Master Project List (2) is retained in the workbook and excluded from all totals.

Project includes 6 ordinary projects and 15 PDCA / CR items. CCB contains 4 activities under CSCOP-1139. Counts use distinct source rows to retain the separate activities.

Handover

Plan B uses only the 11 projects in H1. Total Handover demand is 59.26 MD: Ryan 4.76, Nick 2.81, Jiarui 21.30, Jacky 21.30, Lucy 4.33 and Ruby 4.76. Nick’s PM effort is already included per project; no separate 13.50 MD is added.

Nick: Scheduling 1.00 + cross-domain coordination 1.50 + retrospective organization 2.00 = 4.50 MD per month × 3 months. His former 2% allocation is removed; other role percentages remain unchanged.

Resource classification and reference

Dedicated and Shared follow the categories in the source Resource Summary. QA demand is consolidated across all domains in the QA tab and excluded from this page’s capacity and displayed project totals. Nichole Yu and Rowan Wu are included in Shared Resources. Four excluded external resources are outside the displayed plan.

The SCM Ops headline capacity is fixed at 450 MD: 7 full-time positions × 60 MD plus Ayla at 50% × 60 MD. Individual card references below remain editable. No-entry resources show Pending rather than 0.00 MD. No total-team headroom is calculated while classifications and inputs are incomplete.

Named effort parsing

In BA fields, the numeric component of “Kimi + 1” or “2 + Kimi” is assigned to Jacky Zhong. In PM fields, the numeric component of “Liuyao + 1” is assigned to Nick Han. The same source-owner rule is applied to “lishi + 1”. Effort for the other named person is not invented.

Explicit “Name: MD” entries are retained for that owner. One ambiguous owner / role entry is excluded from planning totals as requested.
