Project Labels
See what is Ongoing, Done or Not Started, then drill into each project name, CSCOP and its domain, source and demand labels.
HMT labels follow confirmed MP&A and Fulfillment project-name rules. Project names containing HMT are labelled HMT. A project with a pending CSCOP remains visible by name. Only confirmed HMT sources are currently labelled. Other projects remain unlabelled; absence of HMT does not imply Main China. Business labels are source-based suggestions; PDCA follows explicit source classification. Draft changes stay in this browser until the shared dataset is updated.
Source stages drive status. Intake through Handover / Hypercare is Ongoing. Hold and Cancelled remain separate. Status counts follow the active domain, source and demand filters.
02 · Demand Source
Service coverage is independent of demand type. PDCA is usually Main China; each project still awaits confirmation.
03 · Demand type
Business identifies a business-originated request. PDCA identifies operational remediation or continuous improvement.
